1. Definitions

• "Business Day" means Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in Pakistan.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, logging in to an existing Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 77bet game Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and understand their content.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as well as the 77bet game Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You are acting as a private individual and not as a professional or commercial entity for the purposes of using 77bet game.
• All information provided during registration and KYC verification is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

These Terms & Conditions take effect from the date on which your Account is first created and remain in force for the duration of your relationship with 77bet game.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Any Player found to have registered using false age information will have their Account permanently closed and any PKR Balance or Bonus Funds forfeited without refund.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account with 77bet game. Registering, or attempting to register, more than one Account — whether under the same name, the same Pakistan CNIC number, the same mobile number, the same email address, the same device, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts and their associated PKR Balances are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture.

3.3 Registration Information

Players are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration, including a valid Pakistan mobile number or email address. 77bet game reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any registration detail at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within 14 days of request may result in Account suspension.

3.4 Prohibited Players

The following categories of individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account with 77bet game:

• Individuals under the age of 18.
• Employees, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of 77bet game or any affiliated entity.
• Individuals who have been permanently self-excluded from 77bet game.
• Individuals who 77bet game has determined, in its sole discretion, pose a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform.

4. Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including username and password. 77bet game will never ask a Player to disclose their password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to come from 77bet game and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

Players must notify 77bet game immediately via email to [email protected] if they suspect any unauthorised access to their Account. Until 77bet game receives such notification, all transactions — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — processed through the Account will be treated as authorised.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77bet game accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant bank transfer, and direct bank transfers from major Pakistan commercial banks including HBL, UBL, MCB, and Meezan Bank. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change and the current list is displayed in the Cashier section of your Account dashboard.

5.2 Currency

All deposits, Account balances, game stakes, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted and no currency conversion is applied by 77bet game. Any conversion fees applied by a Player's bank or mobile wallet provider are the sole responsibility of that Player.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to a Player's Account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which may take up to one Business Day depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. 77bet game does not impose a transaction fee on deposits; however, the Player's bank or payment provider may charge fees independently.

5.4 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of deposit. Players may set their own voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming settings of their Account. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the reduction takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 KYC Verification Requirement

77bet game requires successful completion of KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Required documents typically include a clear copy of the Player's Pakistan CNIC (front and back) and, where the deposit was made via a specific payment method, confirmation of ownership of that payment method. KYC documents submitted in legible condition are reviewed within one Business Day under standard conditions.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three Business Days depending on the receiving bank.

6.3 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings

Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are only eligible for withdrawal once the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Any withdrawal request made before a Wagering Requirement is complete will result in the outstanding Bonus Funds being forfeited, while real-money PKR funds remain withdrawable.

6.4 Right to Request Additional Verification

77bet game reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether prior KYC verification has been completed. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and is not indicative of wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 77bet game are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. These terms include but are not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amount, Wagering Requirement multiplier, validity period, maximum bet per spin or round while Bonus Funds are active, and the list of eligible games. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of any promotion before claiming it.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a 77bet game Account must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games, certain jackpot slots, and sports betting markets — may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Eligible game contributions are specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

7.3 Maximum Bet Restriction

While Bonus Funds are active in a Player's Account, the maximum permitted bet per single game round or sports wager is 500 PKR unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagers placed in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

77bet game prohibits bonus abuse in all forms. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses; using low-variance betting patterns specifically designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements with minimal risk; collusion between Players to exploit bonus structures; and any other conduct that 77bet game determines, in its sole reasonable judgment, constitutes exploitation of the bonus system rather than genuine recreational play. 77bet game reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.

8. Gaming Rules

All games available on the 77bet game Platform operate according to individual game rules published within each game's interface. In cases of conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence with respect to Account, payment, and conduct matters; individual game rules take precedence with respect to game mechanics, payout calculations, and round outcomes.

77bet game uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be altered retroactively by 77bet game or any party.

In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, 77bet game's log server records will serve as the authoritative record of game outcomes and stakes wagered. 77bet game will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical disputes promptly and fairly. Winnings calculated during a verifiable technical malfunction may be voided.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77bet game Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game mechanics to generate unearned winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed from the Player's Account.
• Collusion with other Players, 77bet game employees, or third parties to influence game outcomes or defraud the Platform.
• Using the 77bet game Platform for any money laundering purpose, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or Account-level restrictions.
• Conducting chargebacks or reversing payment transactions after wagers have been placed using the disputed funds.

10. Suspension & Account Closure

77bet game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The Account is under investigation for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• The Player has requested a self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the suspension or closure of the Account.

In cases where an Account is closed for a verified breach of these Terms, any PKR Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verifiable PKR real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC verification.

11. Limitation of Liability

The 77bet game Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 77bet game makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, error-free availability of the Platform, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77bet game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of PKR funds due to disconnection during gameplay where server logs confirm no wager was completed, or damages resulting from a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform.

77bet game's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money PKR funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data

77bet game collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 77betgame.net/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

77bet game will not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Player data may be shared with third-party payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

13. Responsible Gaming

77bet game is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform includes tools designed to support Players in managing their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible at any time from the Responsible Gaming section of a Player's Account settings.

Self-exclusion requests submitted via the Account settings take effect within 24 hours. Players who submit a self-exclusion request should not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new Account. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms. 14. Changes to These Terms

77bet game reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance.

Continued use of the 77bet game Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and contact 77bet game to arrange withdrawal of any real-money PKR Balance.
